Onesta Music Group began with a singular, uncompromising vision to build a collaborative haven for world-class independent talent without the predatory, cold, and conniving atmosphere of mainstream major labels.
When Kosta Lois first arrived in Los Angeles, he was confronted with an industry that treated brilliant creators as mere numbers, ignoring elite artistry in favor of superficial social media metrics. Refusing to sell out or compromise his sound, Kosta bypassed the traditional system entirely. Trading deep pockets for relentless sweat equity, he leaned heavily into his immediate network. He produced, arranged, and tracked 22 records in 2020 alone, right from his studio, while collaborating with local videographers to bring the music videos to life.
